Eye emergencies:

Urgent care includes corneal abrasions, scratches to the surface, foreign objects in the eye, infections, burns/ chemical exposure, and some blunt injuries to the eye or eyelid.

Other symptoms that prompt immediate medical attention:
•pain
•redness
•light sensitivity
•swelling in the eye or eyelid
•loss of vision
•black patchiness
•flashes of light
•increase in floaters
